Deciding to begin therapy—for the first time ever or just for the first time in awhile—can feel overwhelming. You’re taking a good step forward by looking for support. If you're grieving a loss, having trouble adjusting to changes in your life, or feeling isolated, I can help.

I have been working with middle-aged and older adults for more than a decade. I know that you are the expert in your own life. My job as your therapist is to listen to your struggles, help you remember your strengths, and find a way to adjust to the big changes that come with growing older, especially the various losses we face in our lifetimes.

The past few years have been especially full of grief and isolation for many of us. Starting therapy may seem stressful but it doesn’t have to be. To make things a little easier for my clients, I offer in-home or virtual visits so you don't have to worry about traveling to me; I'll come to you in the space you feel most comfortable. I am fully vaccinated and will not visit if I’m not well.

We can begin by setting up a free 10-15 minute phone call to discuss your needs and schedule an initial meeting. After an initial session, we will come up with a treatment plan and schedule that works best for you. You are not alone; I can help.
